Campbell, CA, August 20, 2020 – Tigo Energy, Inc., pioneer of the smart modular Flex MLPE has filed an amended complaint in its lawsuit against Altenergy Power Systems (“APsystems”) with the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
The amended complaint is part of Tigo’s existing lawsuit, which seeks to hold APsystems accountable for willful infringement of Tigo patents related to rapid shutdown technology. Tigo filed the existing lawsuit on June 1, 2020.
Tigo is a leader in rapid shutdown technology and module level power electronics (MLPE) with millions of units installed with PV systems around the world.
