Enhancing the installer experience is part of the commitment Tigo has made to driving quality across the solar value chain. We are all in this together.

For residential installers new to Tigo products, the Green Glove program provides three support touch points during the first installation:
  • Before: Tigo support personnel provide a design review prior to installation
  • During: We remain on-call at regional Tigo locations during installation
  • After: We conduct post-installation review and follow-up discussions to answer outstanding questions and gather feedback on the installation experience
