This new guide walks homeowners through every feature of the Tigo Energy Intelligence (EI) App, including:

• Real-time system visibility — See energy production, consumption, and battery usage in one view.
• Battery management modes — Choose between Self-Consumption, Backup, and Time-of-Use (Rate Saver) to match household priorities and utility rates.
• EV Charger integration — Manage the Tigo GO EV Charger directly from the app, including Green Charge and Boost Charge modes. (available in EU)
• Alerts and monitoring — Receive system updates via email or text, and view device-level performance, warnings, and status history.
