What does Operating Voltage Window mean?

An operating voltage window is the DC voltage range within which an inverter or optimizer can function properly.

Why check the operating voltage window?

Designers need strings to stay within voltage limits across hot and cold conditions. Too low and the inverter may not operate; too high and the system may exceed equipment limits or code requirements.

How it relates to Tigo

Tigo system design uses module voltage, string length, and equipment voltage windows to verify compatibility.
