Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative(SDR) to drive our B2B sales and help us scale new heights in the global energy market.

What You’ll Do

As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of Tigo’s software salesstrategy, driving adoption of PREDICT+ and our broader SaaS portfolio.

Responsibilities

Your role will include:  

  • Prospect & Close: Strategically identify and secure new sales opportunities for PREDICT+ with key energy customers, including IPPs, energy retailers, grid operators, and utilities.  
  • Expand Markets: Lead cross-selling and upselling initiatives while breaking into new markets and customer segments.  
  • Engage Executives: Articulate PREDICT+’s vision, value proposition, and ML/AI-driven differentiators to high level decision-makers with clarity and confidence.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with our marketing team to develop compelling materials for distributors, agents, and customers.  
  • Shine at Events: Represent Tigo at international trade shows, driving brand awareness and smashing sales targets.

Requirements

We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about renewable energy and technology. You bring:  

A hunter’s mindset with a proven ability to prospect and close deals, paired with a passion for learning and growth.  

Deep understanding of SaaS sales and experience generating leads with commercial and distributed generation solar developers, EPCs, and asset owners.  

ML/AI sales experience (a plus) and knowledge of the evolving energy markets (a plus).  

Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a knack for fostering trust, confidence, and chemistry with clients and colleagues.  

Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.  A self-motivated, business-driven spirit, excited to champion Tigo as a disruptor in the energy industry.
