SRP Battery Partner rewards eligible customers for allowing stored energy to support the grid during periods of high demand.

How the Program Works
SRP measures the battery's average contribution during program events and applies a $55-per-average-kW bill credit after both the summer and winter seasons.
What to Know
- Customers receive event notifications and may opt out.
- Dispatch is designed to retain at least a 20% battery reserve.
- The system must meet SRP's current equipment and participation requirements.

Steps to enroll
Use the Battery Incentive Program Enrollment Guide to confirm eligibility and submit an enrollment request through the Tigo EI App or EI Portal.
- Confirm the Tigo system is installed, commissioned, connected to the internet, and approved for interconnection.
- Open Battery Incentive Programs in the Tigo EI App or EI Portal.
- Select the available program, review the details, complete the enrollment form, and submit it for approval.
Program availability, equipment eligibility, and final approval are determined by the utility or program administrator.
