Zvi Alon

Zvi Alon is the CEO and Chairman of Tigo Energy, Inc. In Silicon Valley, he has had a successful business career over the last 30 years as an executive, partner, and advisor to various venture capital groups in high tech, clean tech, and real estate. Internationally, he has served as chairman, chief executive, president, and founder of several companies - two of which IPO'ed into the public market: NetManage in the US and NetVision in Israel. Most of his investment activities have been focused in the US, Israel, and China with worldwide beneficiaries.

Zvi is the Founder and Chairman of the California Israel Chamber of Commerce (CICC). The CICC is a not-for-profit, non-governmental membership-supported organization dedicated to strengthening business and trade relations between California and Israel. The CICC is serving its +5,000 companies, business executives, and investor members by proactively supporting joint venture programs between the two communities.

Zvi is a Co-Founder of the California Israel Angels (CIA). The CIA's investment focus is driven by opportunities that combine activities in both California and Israel.

Zvi serves as a Vice Chairman for one of the leading universities in Israel, Ben Gurion University, known for advanced research in green technology, clean energy, medical, and advanced nanotechnology. He donated and dedicated a research building for advanced studies at the university.

Zvi is well known for his philanthropic efforts in the Bay Area of California and in Israel. In 1995, he established The Alon Family Foundation for the purpose of improving the quality of resources for charitable organizations. Contributions have been made specifically in the fields of education, medicine, and social services.
Bill Roeschlein

Chief Financial Officer

Bill leads the Legal and Finance teams and brings with him 30 years in the financial space. As an experienced CFO of publicly traded and pre-IPO companies, Bill has demonstrated success in profit improvement and supporting revenue growth, while leading multiple M&A exits, integrations, debt financings, and public equity offerings. As an expatriate in Asia, Bill has managed international operations and gained experience in working with institutional, private equity and hedge fund investors to establish processes and procedures that facilitate growth.
Jing Tian

Chief Growth Officer

Jing has a fifteen-year track record of technical and business success at companies such as Credence, Solfocus, Shift Energy, and Trina Solar. Her past twelve years have been spent in the solar industry, focused on the profitable growth of equipment manufacturers across the PV ecosystem. She launched the TrinaSmart Module with Tigo while the Head of Global Marketing and President of Trina Solar USA.
James (JD) Dillon

Chief Marketing Officer

JD's experience spans the U.S. Armed Forces, semiconductors, solid-state drives, solar inverters and batteries. His functional leadership has impacted pricing, new product introduction, customer experience, and communications at all levels. Most recently, JD spent over 3 years as the VP of Marketing and Pricing at Enphase Energy, the world’s leading supplier of solar microinverters to the PV industry.
Jeffrey Sullivan

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Jeffrey Sullivan brings a wealth of executive leadership experience to the Tigo executive team, with a particular focus on technology-oriented product life-cycles for advanced materials and capital equipment. With more than a decade of experience at Applied Materials and seven years at General Electric, Dr. Sullivan has experience in research and development, engineering, new product development, manufacturing, and customer adoption. He holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, holds fifteen patents in various disciplines, and is certified as a Green Belt in GE's Lean/Six Sigma quality system.
Mirko Bindi

Senior VP Sales, EMEA and MD Europe

As Senior VP Sales EMEA and MD Europe, Mirko brings to Tigo over 13 years of solid experience in renewable energy, sales management and international business development. With a strong background matured in multinational companies as Magnetek, Power One Inc. and ABB, he shaped and structured the current EMEA Tigo Team, contributing to Company growth and stability in European solar market.
Danny Eizips

VP, Engineering

Danny is responsible for the development of firmware and hardware. Danny brings to Tigo Energy over 20 years of experience specializing in the design, development, implementation, and support of firmware and hardware. His broad experience spans from microcontrollers, hardware-specific drivers, real-time applications, and programming to debugging.
Archie Roboostoff

VP, Software

Archie began as a software developer and has seen increased responsibilities in the areas of engineering, product management, and software architecture throughout his career. Most recently, he served as Product Portfolio Director at Micro Focus (MFGP), an international enterprise software company focused on digital transformation. He also serves the community, with 6 years on the Second Harvest Food Bank board.

Michael Splinter

Wisc Partners

Mike was President and CEO of Applied Materials from 2003 to 2013 and Chairman of the Board between 2009 and June 2015. He is a 40-year veteran of the semiconductor industry and has led Applied Materials to record revenue and profits during his tenure. A recipient of the Robert Noyce Award, he serves on the boards of the NASDAQ Group and the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. TSMC. He advises on the boards of a number of small companies and academic organizations like the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
Stanley Stern

Stanley Stern currently holds three executive positions: Chairman of the Board at SodaStream International, Ltd. since 2015; Chairman of the Board at Audiocodes since 2013; and Managing Partner of Alnitak Capital since 2012. His experience includes senior level roles at major technology and medical device companies.
John Wilson

Energy Growth Momentum

John is a growth capital investor, investing in high-growth private companies in the energy sector. He is a founding member of Energy Growth Momentum LLP and holds several non-executive roles in operating companies. Prior to EGM, he worked at Simmons & Company, Lime Rock Partners and First Reserve. He holds a MA Joint Honours in Economics and International Relations and a Corporate Finance Diploma (CFQ) from ICAEW and CISI.
Tomer Babai

Clal Industries

Tomer is as a Senior Analyst at Clal Industries and Vice President at ClalTech, Access Industries and Clal Industries technology investment arm in Israel. Prior to joining Clal in 2013, he worked as a senior consultant at PwC Advisory Services Department, providing financial advice to leading companies on merger & acquisition, debt repayment and valuation. He serves on multiple boards. Tomer holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MSc in Finance (cum laude), both from the Tel Aviv University. He is also a CPA in Israel.
Joan C. Conley

Joan is currently an advisor to public company leadership teams and Boards on the design, development, and execution of corporate governance and ESG programs. In December 2020, after nineteen years in the role, she retired from her role as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Nasdaq, Inc., where she was responsible for the Nasdaq Global Corporate Governance Program and the Nasdaq Global Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and the Nasdaq Educational Foundation. She currently serves in the Board of EJF Acquisition Corp. (“EJFA”). She holds a BA from Dominican University and her MS from Loyola University of Chicago.‍
Sagit Manor

Ms. Manor is an accomplished financial operations and technology expert with 25+ years of experience in executive roles including several at public companies. She serves as Chief Financial Officer for Nayax Ltd., a global commerce enablement payments and loyalty platform provider for retailers, that’s dual listed on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Prior to Nayax, Ms. Manor served as CEO and CFO of Nyotron Information Security Ltd., a developer of cybersecurity solutions software, where she led the company to a successful exit in 2021. Ms. Manor also served as Vice President for VeriFone Holdings Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies.
