Job Description

Tactically improve the adoption and usage of our software while strategically turning the Tigo Energy Intelligence software into a true Software as a Service (SaaS) offering for target users. You will liaise with the Software Product Team, delivering marketing deliverables for new products and features. Build strong relationships with key customers/users' indifferent segments (site owners/Installers/O&M/Asset Managers), possess a strong ability to understand their innate business problems, solvable via software platform features, then deliver and monetize those features.  Software Product Pricing and Packaging will fall in your domain, you will report to the Sr. Director of Pricing in the Marketing Department, as will Sales Enablement activities such as coordinating and delivering marketing collateral to support the product/features roll out.


  • Work cross-functionally with the Software Product team to define and execute on software features and ensure the correct prioritization from customers ’perspective
  • Prioritize what we deliver when based on what we can monetize, via economic value and increasing customers’ willingness to pay
  • Manage the packaging of the offerings into multiple product offerings, targeting different segments, and delivering unique value propositions by segment
  • Build strong relationships with the different customers/users of the products: site owners/Installers/O&M/Asset Managers
  • Supporting release schedule and product features rollout to customers

Own Sales Enablement activities including:

  • Scheduling and delivering marketing collateral and content via many different channels including ownership of webinars/whitepapers/social media/etc.
  • Create key value propositions and solution messages to relevant market drivers and provide marketing guidance globally
  • Work closely with Product Development and Product Management to develop Web based and field deliverable content on a regular basis
  • Creating and participating in product launches to build technical product messaging, pitching Tigo’s technology to analysts and do press, developing product collateral and sales tools and general support of the launch plan
  • Drive usability studies, customer development programs, research, and beta programs to shape the roadmaps of existing and new products
  • Participate in sales/partner/channel training materials and sessions
  • Monitor news sources and drive internal messaging and sales tactics for reacting and selling against competitor news and/or changes in the target market.
  • Develop technical product presentations, whitepapers, product guides, technical briefs and other tools, to enable sales teams to sell Tigo software products and capabilities
  • Evangelizing and demonstrating Tigo at conferences, tradeshows, to analysts and customers.


  • 10-14 years Software Product and/or Product Marketing experience required, solar preferred, delivering high value, differentiated, and profitable products  
  • Experience driving influence internally in a cross-functional capacity, creating a vision(storytelling) for internal stakeholders
  • Strong active listening and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead with initiative.
  • Undergraduate/postgraduate in a software, marketing or business-related degree all considered
