Job Description

Tigo is expanding its sales team through the addition of a Sales Administrator to support our North American sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key strategic and tactical role with Tigo’s customers. You will work with external sales team to assure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, check for accuracy, and process purchase orders within CRM platform, Netsuite
  • Work with sales team for required information
  • Provide order confirmations and corresponding proforma invoices to customer and/or sales representative
  • Provide and update shipping information
  • Manage each order along with documents in hard copy files
  • Organize, add, and assisting in managing shipping spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Maintain customer documents in Netsuite
  • Credit applications, resale certificates, W9
  • Document shipping instructions for each order accurately
  • Send orders to logistics once available for shipment
  • Directly work with logistics teams to solve any issues
  • Manage customer payment or credit lines to align with shipping schedule
  • Directly work with accounting team to solve any possible customer account issues  
  • Attend weekly backlog meeting with global operations
  • Answer main sales phone line and assign/task the inquiries accordingly
  • Respond to daily incoming inquiries from North America and Latin America
  • Assist in pulling reports from Netsuite/Salesforce
  • Complete monthly monitoring invoice reports
  • Sales admin assistance as needed

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities on a high paced environment
  • Excellent English – Highly articulate and clear in both speaking and writing
  • Must have working knowledge in Netsuite and Salesforce
