Job Description

Tigo is expanding its products team through the addition of a Product Integration Manager to manage its OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) integration activities.


As a Product Integration Manager in the products department, you will play a key strategic and tactical role in Tigo’s global OEM partnerships. You will work with OEMs to define successful project objectives, specifications and most importantly – desired customer experience. You will later drive these projects to completion and manage a successful relationship for future opportunities together. As the Tigo Product Integration Manager, you will own the product definition, introduction to the market, and product lifecycle. You will indirectly manage activities across multiple teams including R&D, engineering, operation, sales, and support. Key aspect of this position, coordinate and synchronize Tigo’s business objectives, internal development, manufacturing process with the partners corresponding functions.


As a member of the Products Team, the Product Integration Manager helps to analyze market trends and competitive landscape, gather and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders and customers to develop support the Tigo product roadmap. Define joint business objectives, set goals, measure and report the progress.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business cases.
  • Define and execute OEM project Agreements and Plans.
  • Maintain an updated NPI database with all the associated tasks and due dates.
  • Keep all stakeholders updated regarding the progress and schedule, through calls, meetings, emails and trainings.
  • Support NPI activities conducted by other departments by providing product and market information.
  • Implement new product introduction tasks.
  • Identify and communicate potentially complex situations to Tigo engineering.
  • Continuously learn through interactions with partners, customers and coworkers, while also making efforts to self-educate, share, and demonstrate new knowledge/techniques, with the team.
  • Perform other PM related activities as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years in the photovoltaic industry
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management in a global company and/or complex environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities on a high paced environment
  • Well familiar with project and program management tools such as Jira, Agile, Concerto, MS-projects
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, white-boarding and presentation
  • Self-organized, process-driven, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English - Highly articulate and clear in both speaking and writing
  • Chinese speaking – preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft office and analytics skills
