Job Description

Tigo’s EMEA Logistics is looking for enthusiastic, thoughtful and highly motivated problem solver who are passionate about creating new flows, ideas  and more in Supply Chain MGMT. This position will be crucial in managing of all RMA processes, distribution of finished goods, supporting our company and clients within Europe and extra EU from a shipping point to a final customer.


  • Passionate individual who can find solutions to any problem with a mindful approach and patient persistence.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Tigo Energy product line.
  • Develop and guarantee a smooth flow in Inbound and Outbound of delivery processes.
  • Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics.
  • Track shipments across different channels.
  • Manage RMA processes after Customer Care RMA approval, including delivery of replacement goods to clients, returning of replaced goods.
  • Will be responsible for managing Tigo relationships with logistic partners and suppliers, including the handling of the end- to -end flow of goods from/to suppliers
  • Keep proper record of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations.
  • Develop reports, outline/schedule and conduct stock-taking as at when due.
  • Monitor a shipping plan of arrivals and departures.
  • Knowledge in Import/Export Issues, Customs and Declarations.
  • Support Logistic Manager EMEA in all on-going  projects regarding a distribution.


  • Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process.
  • Good customer care ability.
  • Ability to work as a  part of a team whenever it is necessary.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize facing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent time mgmt. skills to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times
  • Ability to be proactive dealing with customer complaints or requests.
  • Good numerical and IT skills.
  • A degree in any social science or mgmt. filed
  • At least 3-5  years  of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Any other professional certification will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Incoterms rules will be an advantage
