Sharon Smith-Lenox, CPA, is Controller of Tigo Energy. Sharon has over 20 years experience in Finance and Accounting for high-tech publicly held companies.

Most recently, Sharon was the Founding Director of the not-for-profit international Melton School in Palo Alto, a start-up project. Prior to that, Sharon was World-wide Corporate Controller and Managing Director of Maxim Integrated Products, a public semi-conductor manufacturing company with $1B in revenues.

Before joining Maxim, Sharon was with Hewlett Packard Company for 16 years, where she held various management positions in Accounting, Finance, Credit, and Contracts including Americas Controller for the HP Leasing Business.

Prior to HP, Sharon was with KPMG, San Francisco, one of the Big Four CPA firms, where she specialized in SEC reporting for publicly-held companies.

Sharon has an Accounting Degree from California State University, Hayward, and a MA in International Relations specializing in Latin America from University of California, Berkeley.
