Tigo Energy Key Team Members

Modi Avrutsky has joined Tigo Energy as the Vice President of Power products R&D and General Manager of Tigo Energy (Israel) Ltd. Mr. Avrutsky joins Tigo after a twenty-three year highly accomplished tenure Enercon Ltd. – a leading power electronics company based in the US and Israel.

He joined Enercon as a development engineer in the mid-'80s where he applied and expanded his experience in power design and manufacturing. Since that time Mr. Avrutsky has held a series of progressively more challenging engineering roles, specializing in the design, production and certification of power systems for the most demanding military and industrial applications - including renewable energy and space projects.

Mr. Avrutsky most recently reported directly to the Enercon CEO as General Manager of Engineering where he drove all technical aspects of engineering, manufacturing and customer support. He brings vast experience in electrical, mechanical and thermal design; durability and reliability optimization; and compliance / acceptance testing to his position at Tigo Energy.

Mr. Avrutsky received his bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
